Acceptable Use Policy

1. Use the studio honestly

• Write only about your own real experience, roles and results.
• Do not invent job titles, employers, education, certifications, metrics or projects.
• Do not impersonate another person or claim someone else's work as your own.

2. Respect confidentiality and rights

• Do not paste confidential or NDA-protected information from an employer or client.
• Do not upload another person's identifiable or private data without their consent.
• Only upload work you own or have permission to display; respect third-party intellectual property.

3. Do not misuse the service

• No unlawful, hateful, harassing, deceptive or fraudulent content.
• No content that is sexual, violent, or targets a protected group.
• No malware, scraping, reverse engineering, or attempts to disrupt or overload the service.
• No reselling, sharing accounts, or automating access outside features we provide.
• No use to produce spam, mass-generated fake profiles, or content that violates a platform's own rules.

4. Scope of the service

Foliocraft is an online-only digital tool for portfolio and personal-brand copy. It is not a job-placement, recruitment, background-check, legal, immigration or financial service, and must not be presented as one.

5. Enforcement
