Terms of Service

1. Who we are

These terms are a contract between you and ADILA CONSULTANTS LIMITED ("we"), operator of Foliocraft, an online software service. By creating an account or using the studio you accept these terms.

2. Eligibility and minors

You must be at least 13 years old to use Foliocraft. If you are aged 13–17 you may only use it with the consent and supervision of a parent or guardian, who accepts these terms on your behalf. You confirm the information you give us is accurate.

3. The service

Foliocraft is a copy studio that helps you turn your real experience into portfolio case studies, About pages, personal-brand copy, layout mockups and a self-introduction script. Outputs are drafts for you to review, edit and fact-check. Layout images are illustrative mockups, not finished websites.

4. Your responsibilities

• Provide only truthful information about your own experience.
• Do not paste confidential, NDA-protected or another person's identifiable information.
• Only upload work you have the right to display, and respect third-party intellectual property.
• Do not misuse the service (see the Acceptable Use policy).

5. Subscriptions, billing and cancellation

Paid plans are billed in advance in USD on a monthly or yearly cycle and renew automatically until cancelled. You can cancel at any time and keep access until the end of the paid period. Monthly allowances do not roll over. See the Refund & Cancellation policy for details. Payments are processed by Stripe.

6. Intellectual property and your content

You keep ownership of the inputs you provide and the drafts you generate, subject to the licence described in the Content License policy. We keep ownership of the Foliocraft software, brand and templates.

7. No guarantees; not professional advice

Foliocraft does not guarantee interviews, job offers or any hiring outcome. It is a writing tool and does not provide career, legal, immigration or salary-negotiation advice. AI-assisted drafts may contain errors or bias; you must review and verify them before use.

8. Availability and changes

We aim for reliable service but do not guarantee uninterrupted availability. We may update features and, with reasonable notice for material changes, these terms. Continued use after an update means you accept it.

9. Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, or for decisions you make based on generated drafts. Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot be excluded by law. Our total liability in any 12-month period is limited to the fees you paid us in that period.

10. Termination

We may suspend or close accounts that breach these terms or the Acceptable Use policy. You may close your account at any time.

11. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales, and disputes are subject to the courts of England and Wales.
