Content License

1. You own your inputs and drafts

You keep ownership of the text and material you enter into Foliocraft("Inputs") and of the copy the studio generates for you from them ("Outputs"), to the extent such material is capable of ownership. We do not claim authorship of your portfolio copy.

2. The licence you grant us

To operate the service, you grant ADILA CONSULTANTS LIMITED a limited, worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free licence to host, store, process and transmit your Inputs and Outputs solely to provide the studio to you — for example, to generate a draft, save it to your account and let you export it. This licence ends when you delete the content or close your account, except for backups kept for a limited period and records we must keep by law.

3. What we do not do with your content

• We do not sell your content.
• We do not use your Inputs or Outputs to train AI models, and we require our AI provider not to train on them.
• We do not publish your content or present it as our own.

4. Illustrative layout mockups

Layout images in the studio are illustrative mockups provided as references. You may use exported mockups to plan and build your own portfolio. They are not licensed for resale as standalone template products.

5. Your warranties

You confirm that you have the right to submit your Inputs, that they are based on your real experience, and that they do not infringe anyone's rights or breach confidentiality. See the Acceptable Use policy.

6. Our brand and software

The Foliocraft name, software, design system and templates remain our property. This licence does not give you rights to reuse our brand or code beyond normal use of the service.
